The Motorcycle Diaries*, no. 4

A vignette: riding the bike, the Missus holding on. She's reciting her lines from Shakespeare's Henry V. For an instant, all is right with the world.

He that rides at high speed and with his pistol kills a sparrow flying.

- Shakespeare, Henry IV Part I

* Standard disclaimer: If you came here by searching for Che, you do know that he condemned teenagers to execution and then enjoyed watching, don't you? If you don't, let your Google-fu lead you. He was a sick, murdering bastard who killed children. Yeah, and a bit dreamy, anti-establishment for ignorant Lefties. You're not one of them, right?

Sounds like a dare to me.

I've never understood why any thinking person, even a young idealist (Lenin's useful idiots) would be caught dead wearing a Che or Mao T-shirt?
Even when I was in college.
Maybe it's akin to pissing off the old folks, the establishment?
