The MSF course I took was tons of fun. One (who rode a canary yellow full dress Honda Gold Wing) told us he could tell when it was time to move on to the next lesson when he saw the students smiling as they practiced the current one.
My ex-RMD ADVrider buddy Deeney has a tag-line: "You don't stop riding because you get old, you get old because you stop riding." The MSF class is a great beginning step to a lifetime pursuit of Zen.
