A few weeks ago I was out in the yard, kid was shooting some hoops, dog was lying in the shade. I then heard an ominous, low-toned buzzing noise which reminded me of a C-130. Nope. Was a pair of V-22 Osprey's flying in formation. I'm not a great judge of distance, but I figure they were no more than 5,000 feet up. Quite the sight for a lazy Saturday afternoon.
