It isn't just guns that aren't safe. Look at bathtubs, swimming pools, trampolines, ski slopes, motorcycles, electrical power tools, chimpanzees and so on. Why, you would think that teaching children to be safe and responsible was the duty of a parent. Personally, I blame George Bush.
Papa needs to teach his little princess about the Four Rules.
